Over three years I had many opportunities to add value to the organisation in my executive role. Highlights were:

Leading a small team for development of handbooks for developing digital skills in agriculture, in partnership with KPMG.
Compiled a submission to the Productivity Commission’s Expert review of Australia s vocational education and training system.
Documented a suite of values-based organisational policies and procedures.
Implemented organisation-wide online HR and performance management software.
